We, our, and us, when used in this notice, mean NORTH COAST Credit Union. This is our privacy notice for our members. When we use the words “you” and “your” we mean the following types of members:

Hereafter, we will use the term “information” to mean nonpublic personal information as defined in this section.

A nonaffiliated third party is a person we do not employ or a company that is not an affiliate of ours. This is also known as nonaffiliated third party, or simply, an “other party.”

Our site is not intended to solicit information of any kind from children under 13, and we have designed our site to block our knowing acceptance of information from children under 13 whenever age-related information is requested.
